27WIN - Grow Together Garden Club: Planning for Veggies

Grow Together Garden Club will focus on the entire household working as a team to manage your own native wildflower gardens at home. Along the journey, we will focus on three ways a garden space can be used: pollinator support, food production and play! Families will share some of their recent garden experiences as we learn the basics of food planning, planting and harvesting our gardens.

While the focus of the club is native plant gardening, we will be heavily focused on food production during this session! Families will learn about and plan out their veggie gardens for the upcoming season.

This is a Tools to Trek program.

FIRST-TIME REGISTRANTS: If you are a Centerville/Washington Township resident, please enter Dayton as your city when creating an account. The system WILL NOT recognize you as a resident if you enter Centerville or Washington Township as your city.

Note:

Location: Activity Center Community Room, 221 N. Main St.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

All attending participants must be registered.

A home garden space is not required for participation.

If you realize you are unable to attend, please notify us. Having accurate participant numbers allows us to properly utilize staff/volunteers and allow those on the waiting list to attend.

Program and camp cancellations made seven days prior to the start date will receive a full refund in the form of household credit or refund to the original payment method. Those cancellations made less than seven days prior to the program date will be offered a 50% refund in the form of a household credit. Cancellations made during or after the program are not eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy can be made at the discretion of the Program Manager.
