27WIN - Seed Stocking Stuffers

Create native seed balls to hand out as a holiday gift to friends and family. Each household will make 6 seed balls, cut fabric squares for wrapping paper and make labels for their gifts. We will have lessons on planting native plants and about the species included in the seed balls.

FIRST-TIME REGISTRANTS: If you are a Centerville/Washington Township resident, please enter Dayton as your city when creating an account. The system WILL NOT recognize you as a resident if you enter Centerville or Washington Township as your city.

Location: Activity Center Park, Community Room , 221 N. Main St.

Each registrant gets a kit to make 6 seed balls.

Seeds, mix, fabric and labels will be provided. Participants will not need to bring anything.

Please dress in clothing that can withstand a slightly messy craft.

Seed balls will need a few days to dry before wrapping them in the fabric. We will send them home with you in an egg carton to help with transport.

Program and camp cancellations made seven days prior to the start date will receive a full refund in the form of household credit or refund to the original payment method. Those cancellations made less than seven days prior to the program date will be offered a 50% refund in the form of a household credit. Cancellations made during or after the program are not eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy can be made at the discretion of the Program Manager.
