Note:

Firewood is provided with a permit. Please do not leave a fire unattended. Extinguish fire completely before leaving the area. Fires are forbidden without an approved permit.

Rain dates will not be reserved. If you must cancel your reservation, you will receive a credit on your Park District account if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

CWPD reserves the right to cancel any reservations that exceed the specified capacity

1. The representative reserving the fire circle shall be 18 years of age or older.

2. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED.

3. Use firewood provided, all other wood is prohibited. FIRE MUST BE CONFINED TO FIRE RING AND UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES AND MUST BE FULLY EXTINGUISHED PRIOR TO LEAVING THE PARK.

4. All litter must be placed in containers provided or carried out of the park.

5. Parking is limited to designated parking areas only. VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE PARK OR TO CROSS THE CREEK.

6. Permit is for stated times only. The park must be vacated at the designated time on the permit.

VIOLATION OF THESE OR ANY PARK RULES OR REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF FUTURE RESERVATION PRIVILEGES
