If you are unable to attend please let the Park District know ahead of time. This allows us to open up the program to families on the waiting list and utilize our staff/volunteers efficiently.

Program and camp cancellations made seven days prior to the start date will receive a full refund in the form of household credit or refund to the original payment method. Those cancellations made less than seven days prior to the program date will be offered a 50% refund in the form of a household credit. Cancellations made during or after the program are not eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy can be made at the discretion of the Program Manager.
