Note: Explorers will be meeting at the McEwen entrance to Grant Park during the Spring 2025 Season due to the installation of the Normandy Bridge.

In our Explorers programs, we occasionally celebrate the last session of the season with a campfire and s'mores/s'more pop tarts. Please let us know if your child has any dietary restrictions by answering the custom questions upon registration.

One missed session is factored into the cost of our Explorers programs. If two or more sessions are canceled, we will attempt a make-up day. .

Make sure to send them dressed for outdoor play! This is not an indoor program. This program will be canceled in adverse weather conditions.


Program and camp cancelations made seven days prior to the start date will receive a full refund in the form of household credit or refund to original payment method. Those cancelations made less than seven days prior to the program date will be offered a 50% refund in the form of a household credit. Cancelations made during or after the program are not eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy can be made at the discretion of the Program Manager.
