Note:

Kit pick up is at the Centerville-Washington Park District Headquarters near the Community Room on the North side of the building, located at 221 N. Main Street. These kits will be located in Bin B each month. Kits will remain in Bin B for 10 days after date. Pick up instructions with additional information will be emailed to registered participants after the registration has ended.

If you are unable to retrieve this kit by the pick-up deadline, please call the Park District at (937) 433-5155 to let us know as soon as possible. After the deadline, the kits will be offered to anyone on the waiting list and/or donated.

Program and camp cancellations made seven days prior to the start date will receive a full refund in the form of household credit or refund to original payment method. Those cancellations made less than seven days prior to the program date will be offered a 50% refund in the form of a household credit. Cancellations made during or after the program are not eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy can be made at the discretion of the Program Manager.
