Note:

Kit pick up is at the Centerville-Washington Park District Headquarters near the Community Room on the North side of the building, located at 221 N. Main Street. These kits will be located in Bin B each month. Pick up instructions with additional information will be emailed to registered participants after the registration has ended.

If you are unable to retrieve this kit by the pick-up deadline, please call the Park District at (937) 433-5155 to let us know as soon as possible. After the deadline, the kits will be offered to anyone on the waiting list and/or donated.

Program and camp cancelations made seven days prior to the start date will receive a full refund in the form of household credit or refund to original payment method. Those cancelations made less than seven days prior to the program date will be offered a 50% refund in the form of a household credit. Cancelations made during or after the program are not eligible for a refund.  Exceptions to this policy can be made at the discretion of the Program Manager.
