Note:
Kit pick up is at the Centerville-Washington Park District Headquarters near the Community Room on the North side of the building, located at 221 N. Main Street. These kits will be located in Bin C each month. Pick up instructions with additional information will be emailed to registered participants after the registration has ended.
If you are unable to retrieve this kit by the pick-up deadline, please call the Park District at (937) 433-5155 to let us know as soon as possible. After the deadline, the kits will be offered to anyone on the waiting list and/or donated.
