Facilities

Note:

Facilities are offered to groups living and/or working in the Centerville-Washington Township areas. In consideration of park neighbors, rowdy and boisterous behavior cannot be tolerated.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. All parks close one-half hour after sunset. All litter shall be placed in containers provided. Parking is limited to designated parking area only.

No rain date can be reserved. Credits toward future permits will be issued for all cancellations due to inclement weather or poor court conditions. Please use your best judgment when determining playable condition of court(s) before using.

I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless the Centerville-Washington Park District, its Commissioners, Agents, Employees and Assignees from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, and judgments arising out of any injury or loss sustained while in the park or using any of its facilities. I agree to abide by all rules, regulations and conditions of the Centerville-Washington Park District. I agree to reimburse the Centerville-Washington Park District for all damage which I or people in my group may inflict on park property. I will report all damage to park property immediately to the Park District.
