Strollers in Motion is a stroller-based workout for moms, dads or other caregivers. Each total body workout incorporates power walking and strolling, strength training, balance work and toning. Strollers in Motion is an awesome way to get fit, meet new people, and have fun with your little ones! And, after some classes, special activities will be planned for the children! All new participants will receive a water bottle.

The week after each session ends will be used for weather make-up days. Weather cancellations will be posted on the Strollers in Motion Facebook page.

FIRST-TIME REGISTRANTS: If you are a resident of Centerville/Washington Township, please enter Dayton as your city when creating an account. The system WILL NOT recognize you as a resident if you enter Centerville or Washington Township as your city.

Your safety is of utmost priority. As such, we have modified our programs to ensure the safety of all participants and instructors. Please review the following guidelines before attending.

•Limited group size of 10 including the leader/instructor. Groups will be split into two or more as needed to meet the required gathering maximum of 10.
•Any necessary equipment will be sanitized before and after use.
•Stay at least six feet apart from other participants. Do not make physical contact with others (such as shaking hands or high fives).
•Indoors: Face coverings MUST be worn at all times.
•Outdoors: Participants must wear a face covering when a distance of 6ft cannot be maintained.
•For indoor programs, temperatures will be checked at the door before entry (touchless thermometer). Participants with a fever of 100+ will be sent home. A refund will be issued.
•For indoor programs, participants will be directed to a hand-washing station upon entry. Wash your hands thoroughly.
•For indoor programs, hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies will be available.
•For outdoor programs, please bring your own hand sanitizer to use as needed.
•Always remain apart from other participants, including any necessary gathering before and after.

•Are exhibiting any symptoms of the coronavirus. According to the CDC, people with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported — ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. These symptoms may appear 2 – 14 days after exposure to the virus: fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.
•Have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
•Are a vulnerable individual. A vulnerable individual is an elderly individual and/or an individual with serious underlying health conditions, including high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, obesity, asthma and those whose immune system is compromised such as by chemotherapy for cancer and other conditions requiring such therapy.
